Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• For youth struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral issues.
• Provides group therapy, individual therapy, and family counseling.
• Uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness technique
Autism & Neurodiversity Support Program
• Provides behavioral and social support for children and youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), social skills training, and sensory integration therapy.
• Offers caregiver education and training sessions.
Social Skills & Peer Interaction Group
• Focuses on enhancing social development.
• Teaches conflict resolution, friendship skills, and emotional regulation.
• Uses structured group activities and role-playing exercises.
Therapeutic Recreation & Expressive Arts Program
• Uses music therapy, art therapy, and movement-based therapy to support emotional expression.
• Helps youth with trauma, anxiety, or difficulty verbalizing their emotions.
• Includes creative activities such as painting, drumming, dance, and storytelling.
Trauma-Focused Therapy Program
• Specialized therapy for children and adolescents who have experienced abuse, neglect, domestic violence, or other traumatic events.
• Utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Includes caregiver support and education.
School-Based Mental Health Program
• Partnership with local schools to provide on-site counseling and mental health support.
• Crisis intervention, peer mediation, and psychoeducation workshops.
• Helps students develop stress management and coping skills.
Crisis Stabilization & Intervention Program
• Short-term intensive support for children and youth experiencing a mental health crisis.
• Includes safety planning, risk assessment, and immediate therapeutic interventions.
• Works in coordination with schools, families, and community resources.
Additional Support Services
• Case Management & Advocacy: Connects families with community resources, education, and social services.
• Psychiatric & Medication Management: Provides psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when necessary.
• Peer Mentorship & Leadership Program: Encourages older youth to become mentors and role models for younger participants.
Youth Substance Use Prevention & Recovery Program
• Targets youth at risk for or currently struggling with substance use.
• Combines psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention strategies.
• Involves peer support groups and family-based interventions.
Family Therapy & Parent Coaching
• Designed to strengthen parent-child relationships and improve communication.
• Equips caregivers with effective parenting strategies to manage challenging behaviors.
• Provides resources and support groups for families dealing with mental health concerns.
Anger Management & Emotional Regulation Program
• Teaches children and teens how to manage emotions in healthy ways.
• Uses evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness, problem-solving, and distress tolerance.
• Focus on impulse control and self-regulation strategies.
